Indiana Regional Medical Center will kick off its 8th annual Love of Life Campaign Thursday, August 30 with a gala event at The Artists Hand Gallery. During this event, Stacey and Gary Wyant, of Wyant Fine Jewelry, will unveil their latest signature diamond jewelry piece to benefit the M. Dorcas Clark, MD, Women's Imaging Center at Indiana Regional Medical Center.

Funds raised by the Love of Life Campaign are used to educate and promote the early detection and diagnosis of breast cancer and assist with the purchase of the center's digital mammography equipment. The Wyants have gifted an original piece annually to memorialize their grandmothers whom they both lost to breast cancer.

Support Love of Life by attending the 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, October 13 or by purchasing a ticket to win the signature diamond ring!

Sunday, October 14, the Homer City Volunteer Fire Department is holding a BINGO to support the M. Dorcas Clark MD Women's Imaging Center. Come out and play and have a chance to win a jackpot valued at 1,000. Tickets are being sold in advance and are $25.00 - these are limited to 200. Tickets may be purchased at the Women's Imaging Center, IRMC at Chestnut Ridge, the Homer City Fire Department and Cuzi Restaurant in Homer City. See full event details and register for Bingo!

Purchase a Chance to Win "The Battle"

This year's piece is entitled The Battle. Gary Wyant is sharing the conceptualization of this year's signature ring on his Facebook page. Take time to view this fascinating process from its inception. Be one of the first to view Gary's final design.

The custom ring will be valued around $14,000. All taxes are paid for by Indiana Regional Medical Center. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at the M. Dorcas Clark, MD, Women’s Imaging Center or by calling 724.357.8053.

5K Walk/Run (3.1 mi.)

When: Saturday, October 13th at 9 a.m.

Where: 8th & Philadelphia Streets

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.

• Pre-registered participants check in at race start area: 8th St. and Philadelphia.
• Day of race participants check in at: The Gingerbread Man Running Company (714 Philadelphia St.).

Tech T-shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered by 9/25/12. $20 early registration fee until 10/10/12. $25 full registration fee on race day.
