Dr. Billon is a general surgeon who has maintained board certification by the American Board of Surgery for twenty-five years. He was born in East Lansing, MI and was raised in Newark, DE. Dr. Billon received his Medical Degree from the American University of the Caribbean in Plymouth, Montserrat.
Following his formal education, Dr. Billon returned to his home state and completed internship and residency at the Medical Center of Delaware, a 1000- bed teaching hospital associated with Thomas Jefferson Medical College.
Since 1989, Dr. Billon has been affiliated with Indiana Regional Medical Center. He has served as Chairman of the Department of Surgery and is active on the Medical Staff Quality Committee.
Additionally, Dr. Billon is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and is a member of the American Medical Association.
In his spare time, Dr. Billon enjoys spending time with his family and their two dogs. His hobbies include cooking and reading and many outdoor activities like biking, hunting, fishing, and raising his chickens.
